Everyone did a great job. Very pleased with the entire car buying experience.

Although we ended up not leasing from McGuire GMC, I would consider one of most friendly dealer interaction so far. The staff was very friendly and professional.

Our sales representative, Janet, was very patient and worked hard to get us comfortable with the car we liked, including interior and exterior color, etc. She also stayed late after office hours and kudos for her dedication and willingness to cooperate.

Also, the appraisal was fair on my trade-in and therefore made me feel comfortable spending more time at this place. Unfortunately, we were looking for Acadia SLT-2 and they didn't have any on the lot and therefore we moved on to a different dealer.

I wish they made the additional effort locating the vehicle we wanted and bringing to the lot but it's okay. The experience gave me enough to decide what we wanted, and now it's all about finding the right price.

Worst dealership experience ever. The jackass who claimed to be "The manger" didn't know anything about customer service. Sales rep Lenard was just incompetent as the manager himself. The overall experience & atmosphere suggests that they only care about "white skinned" customers. 2010 Maxima with 83k mileage was priced at 12k. I offered 11.5, the so called manager goes "what a ridiculous offer". As soon as i showed him the cash, he was getting ready to lick my shoes. What a bunch of incompetent suckers!!

Ryan McGuire and McGuire GMC have consistently exceeded my expectations for over 15 years now. The knowledgeable sales department, helpful service department and the kind and informative way Angelo of the F&I Department works through the documentation provide true professionalism to our community.
