McDonald's

The last time I was at this McDonald's almost every table had visible garbage. I would have left if it wasn't late at night and I wasn't starving. Some of the staff are very rude. A night manager snapped at me before I could even finish placing my order. She was not wearing a name tag. I wonder if that was intentional. They mess up a lot of orders. But unlike most McDonald's, their mistakes are often in your favor. :)

I do not know why there are such negative reviews. I been coming here since for three years now and I have no problems with the place being dirty. Sometimes the bread was stale when I ordered my food but that is only a few times of the countless times I have came here. The manager replaced my food, if I was still at the restaurant and when I went through the drivethru and this happened, I got free sandwiches the next time I came.

This McDonald's is the worst at serving people with health issues. I spoke with the same drive up associate three times asking him to please depress the button on my decaf coffee so I could be sure it was decaf and not regular. He repeated argued with me that because it was the only beverage I was ordering I should assume he would get it right. Considering I receive regular by accident a small percentage of the time, which impacts my heart, I finally complained to the website, and received a call saying it wouldn't happen again. Today, just two days later, I went back and received an unmarked coffee, from the same associate. A manager came to the window at my insistence and apologized profusely, while the associate stood behind her smirking broadly. At this point I am shaking with embarrassment and frustration, and am ready to contact legal help. If I were blind or in a wheel chair I would be accommodated, however having an invisible heart condition I guess just doesn't count. I know I'm just one shopper and won't be missed, but my business is going elsewhere.

If you have to go to this McDonald's, don't use the drive-through and check your bag/tray before you walk away from the counter. Every other time I've been to this McDonald's, they manage to forget one part of my order. I'm not sure what's going on with the management at this branch, but I don't think it would be an exaggeration on my part to say that the intelligence quotient of the people working here is way below the national average. The worst thing is when I complained, a woman there accused me of not even putting in the order at the window. But that's simply not true. The proof is in the receipt, and I had to call again in order to convince someone that I wasn't lying. This branch won't reimburse you for screwing up your order, and this branch will just continue to make mistakes. And at least a portion of the employees in this branch think that working at a McDonald's gives them the right to act high and mighty and treat customers with disdain and disrespect. My advice: take your business elsewhere.
