Came in at breakfast time. Service was fine, food was what you'd expect from McDonalds. Some customers are inconsiderate and don't clean up after they're done. Otherwise, the store was as clean as you can expect from a high traffic location.

The most terrible Mc in whole Manhattan, the food,service is so bad,not to mention how dirty it is!! Really so bad

Employees are not very friendly, and its generally chaotic during lunchtime. So many other places nearby.

So I just went to this establishent and two white guys in front of me got their food after they ordered, I got to the front of the line and I was told their ordering system shit down and they could not "process any more orders". Seems kind of strange considering they are "24 hours" and they couldn't process my order. When I questioned why they couldn't take my order and is this a situation where they just didn't want to work anymore, they turned away. I'm Asian and this seems blatantly racist, but lucky for them I don't give a shit about the eating their shit. I bet you if I was black though, and I brought this shut up as racist, the black workers might actually give a shit...
