Unbelievably amazing. Top 3 Italian in New York City. Can't go wrong. I've taken family, friends, and colleagues here and everyone has loved it. Waiters are all excellent, but they can be a little pushy about what they want you to order. Put your foot down and order what you want. :)

I had an unhappy experience at this restaurant. When I asked for a wine list by the glass the waiter instead just reeled off some names of Italian wines and I recognized one of my favorites as Montrpulciano D' Abruzzo, which I ordered. I have had this wine and many restaurants in New York City and the price has always been around $12 a glass. When the bill came the price was $19 in this restaurant this is incredibly wrong.
Not only that my favorite dish is linguine vongole, which I ordered but was very disappointed one of the worst dishes of this kind that I have experienced in many restaurants.
In light of my experience I would definitely not recommend this restaurant.

Where to begin. Yes, the staff falls all over you, but the fact is when it comes time to serve your meal, they don't know who is getting which dish for dinner and they have to say who gets"the fish, etc".
Speaking of which, how embarrassing to have to spit out bones (5 large one in my guests fish) and three small and two large in mine as you are trying to have conversation. This restaurant can no longer rest on its laurels. Perhaps years ago it was one of the good ones for fine dining but it's changed a lot. Don't waste your money-overpriced for average food drowning in olive oil!

Very expensive average food. Ok decor , nice ambience. friendly staff. Nice touch to give you salumeria preview. Would rate higher if food wasn't so expensive. $15 for soup, $50 for pork chop.

Welcoming warm atmosphere. Service competent and friendly. Food was good, although the prices were quite high for what we got.
Also they charge a lot for little extras like coffee, bottled water, etc Got the overall feeling that they were more interested in emptying my wallet than filling my stomach!
