How in the hell do you fast food people really expect 15 dollars an hour? I ordered pulled up to the window and know one came to take my money. I look in and the manager and three employees where staring at the monitor like a bunch of retards. Smh the place is gross and I'm glad I left without getting my food

Staff ignored me standing at the counter waiting for service, and there were no other customers there. Four staff members talked amongst themselves until finally someone slowly made their way over. And she had a angry-irritated expression on her face-as of I were bothering her. Very un-friendly and unpleasant.

This McDonald's is terrible, My friend tried to buy a drink and he handed the cashier the money but the cashier told him he needed to fill out a survey to get a drink and they kept his money.

Horrific. How can someone walk into this "restaurant", look at its cleanliness and the behavior of the employees, and place an order. It took about 45 seconds to see this while waiting in line, and I turned around and went to the Wendy's a few feet away. Is this a fluke, or just my imagination? Similar Google reviews agree with me. How does ownership and / or the multinational, multi-billion dollar Franchiser not recognize that this location destroys the brand. It should be flushed. Washed with Lysol? Experience 100% employee turnover?

Customer service is terrible. Sat at drive through window around 5:40 am and was ignored after asking several times if they were open yet. When I drove past the 2nd window, I could see people inside. I then tried calling them and nobody picked up. I received a call bCk from the store a minute later, the phone rang twice, I answered it and was hung up on. This place also refuses to serve any food during their dinner/breakfast transition and are very rude to let u know that. I wish I could rate 0 stars
