The service is slow and some employee's are lazy and oblivious that customer's are waiting for an order or service.
Also, there is a short, chubby employee who does not have any customer service skills and who shut off access to electrical outlets. So, people can not plug their devices in.

The staff are a little bit unfriendly and people are always standing around asking for money.
I sometimes pop in after work to grab a drink, cookies or a mcflurry. I not a big fan of hamburgers. I only do the chicken crispy club.
I remember once they refused to sell it to me even though they had it. They took it off menu but you could still requested it. I stayed until I got my club sandwich. Three times they tried to give me the grill. I wonder if the staff takes it home or something.

Yikes... Homeless central. I NEVER EVER feel safe in here. There almost never a security guard, and 3/5 times you'll be asked for money outside AND inside. The smell is unbelievable and the bathrooms should be a point of interest for disease control agencies (ppl shower in there, do drugs - weed, heroin, etc). I think some companies just want to make money.
I seriously feel bad for the employees. Ppl running this are the equivalent of 'slum-lords.'
There's always an excuse about companies making less money and having to cut back, but shit, you never see their stores empty - only the employees and customers suffer.
Shameful.

I HAVE ALWAYS HAD A GREAT FEELING FOR MCDONALDS AND NOW MY APPITITE IS ALWAYS FULL BECAUSE THIS JERSEY CITY MCDONALD'S IS 24HRS.... I'M LOVING IT !!!!!!
