Dunkin' Donuts

I always come here. They are very sweet. The Dominican girls are so funny. They are always nice. Grandma is so cute. Love this Dunkin. They also carried Almond milk. They always do whenever I go. I think his name is Devin? He's a sweet heart. He actually asked me if I wanted more Almond milk and more ice on my iced coffee. You guys are amazing!

Horrible service I will never go to the store ever again!!!. I made 3 mistakes going to this store , the 1st being going to this store ! The 2nd going to the drive thru .I ordered a simple ice coffee , with cream and 2 pumps of caramel . The crew member asked me to repeat my order 3 times, great i assumed my order was going to be correct mistake #3 . I go up to the window i pay he hands me the coffee it has atleast 4 table spoons of sugar . I refused the drink i asked for a new one the crew member ( who was not wearing a name tag ) . Made the order for the car behine me 1st then slowly made my order . A 10 min coffee run turned into a 20 min ordeal. Then when i asked for the receipt he would not give it to me he said " i cant give it to you because i know u are going to give us a bad review ." I will never go to this store again . And it sucks because i wanna support stores in my neighborhood but the workers themselves make it bad so we dont go . Just so i dont have to deal with these incompetent crew members. I will go to the store on Bergen Avenue with no parking lot and risk getting a parking ticket to avoid going to my nearest Dunkin. On mlk dr .

Donuts.

They are useless they can't get a simple coffee order right.I ask for 2 coffees ,one with one sugar the other with no sugar then I repeated at the window the same order and they said is ok ,both of my coffees had 2 or 3 sugars.

Horrible service!! We went for drive thru & ordered 4 egg crossiant ,hash browns .the cashier ybelisse s. dint understand our order & had to repeat 3-4 times & once v moved out saw that there were only 2 eff crossants when we ordered 4.we tried calling up & there is no response.the bill was for complete order & we din even get what we ordered
