I love this McDonald's. It provide us good service and clean environment.I use to go there 4 to five times a day. I really attached with this restaurant. All managers and employees are very polite.
I really want to mantion this thing that without Roberto this store is nothing.He is a pillar of McDonald's.Sometime when I do my homework at the corner of the table I observe him that how much patience he has. He always try to be nice with a customer? No! being a nice with people is in his nature.He is smart and hardworking person.
I wish him a good look.

This place has a big play place.. I bring my kid coming here around 7:00.. but I was told the play place is closed. I can't use it at all. When I tell them I called before I came and was told the play place can use till 9:00. The man told me it's not him who answered the call. Very bad experience and feel disappointed..

I've been patronizing this McDonald's for a few years now, and tonight I had the WORST experience. After driving home, I realized 2 burgers were missing from my drive-thru order and immediately headed back. The first thing the manager said to me was that I made the purchase an hour ago, when I live less than 10 minutes by car. She then took the receipt and asked me to drive to the 2nd window, where I witnessed how she handed my food to another worker who in turn, handed it to me in a very rude manner. How about a simple apology for my inconvenience?

The cashier/attendent thats taking orders and collecting payments from the drive through talks to people as if she is barking at dogs. No professionalism. As i took several bites into my burger there was a horrible taste. When I open it to check the meet it looked like someone took a can of cat food, make a burger and give it to me half cook. I thing my cat food would tase better than the burger I received today here.

Don't even cook the food correctly when you walk inside. That's why I always go through the drivethru SMH !!
