Worst customer service i hate it because you can wait in the drive thru for over 15 mins no lie ..... It sucks because I work driving a small truck and always love to stop by mcdonalds and this one its bad i wish someone see this a manager or something and try to fix their store a little

I always have been coming to this McDonald's for years and love it for the most part, but I hate this new two lane thing they have. It just creates more headaches or maybe the staff needs to be trained a little better on the system.
