Pulled into the drive thru @ about 2AM. Was told to go to the last window instead of the board. Was also told, with an attitude, that I could only order "meals". What is the point of being open? I had to sit in line, just to get to the point where I could leave. Luckily, there is a White Castle nearby.

Extremely dissatisfied due the manager Ariana sucks with her customer service she hangs up the phone customers she places order to her convince so it you want it small she selects medium due to her choice for more money but it's not what you order. Then she claims that her store does only meal from 1am to 4am and when I explain to her I don't want the drink I just want the burger and fries or the nuggets and fries she continued to go back and forth and not only that made it a large..

It's surrounded by prostitutes that are constantly coming into the MCD to shoot up drugs and its dirty.plus all the people that work their have nasty attitides.and service,dirty,nasty,unprofessional, just a couple of words that come to mind....

Update: Drive thru still not working. Drive up to the board and youre asked to drive up to the last window to order and pick up your food.
NOT fast food! Drive thru broken again. Order at the menu and trapped in the driveway chute in the meantime. This happens way too often. Poor mgmt/owner investment.

They try to put a sign and caution signs that the bathroom was closed and I really had to got to the bathroom and pushed the door and it was open and the toilets were working. They left a bathroom out of order sign there all day because I bought breakfast there and it has been closed since bleakest time till 8:52pm when I came back to eat dinner there. This place is a trip. One of the bathroom toilets even had sneaker prints on it as someone had stood on top of the toilet seat. This place is a trip.
