Drive thru takes forever, especially night time, they have to retrain their staff for productivity, better off they close the drive thru rather than having alot of disappointed customer, ordered cheeseburger & nuggets took me 26mins.

!!!SHAME ON MC DONALD !!! located @ 660 Neptun Ave, B-klyn & their towing company: Cyclone City Inc-2725W 16-th St, B-klyn. This is one big scam!!!The Major Bill de Blasio and companies who are protecting costumes rights shouldn't allows company like McDonald or Cyclone City inc running their business the shady way. This is how McDonald & their towing partner making profit??? Wondering???Costumers, family's & friends please avoid this location, because no matter what (ordering food, eating inside or using restroom)your car will be tow and looks like you are going just paid over $150 for your visit in that location.Believe me this food & service not worth that much. Please share this message with everybody. I hope someone will stop this greedy business/scam one day.

Don't know what happened, but prices are much higher than anywhere else.

I'm am another victim of that car thief, don't you even approach that place unless you don't know where to spend your 272$.

He just stands there, watches your car parking in his web, and all you have to do is leave your car for 3-5min and then it's gone...

He was giving me those receipts with his shaking hands, so that's a clear indication of a pure scam...

Shame on McDonald for their ridiculous towing restriction. Is a complete and utter scam. McDonald probably implemented it and then collect 50% kickback from the Cyclone City Towing Company that they hired to tow your car while you eat here. JUST WATCH OUT CAUSE THE TOWING COMPANY IS WATCHING FOR SUCKERS!!!

I parked my car and went in to use the bathroom for about 15min since my stomach wasn't feeling well. After the bathroom, I took a call and was probably on the phone for another 10 mins or so then I proceeded to purchase my food. Wait was another 8 mins or so. I finally got my food, ate and left only to discover that my car was towed. They towed it in 9 mins after I entered the building, I learned it after the fact. The reason Cyclone gave was that I left the building and went to the DMV. He said he was watching me. I told him my story but he accused me of lying. He (Ambrose is the nasty towing truck driver) said to me, "you probably walk to the DMV didn't you?" I knew there is no point arguing with him. Knowing that it is 32 degree outside and that I needed my car to head back to Staten Island, he extorted me by lying to me saying the release location was closed and that I needed to wait till Monday to collect my car or pay him $275 to get it the same day. It was only 3:30 pm when the truck driver went to pick up my car from the release location yet he lied to me saying the location is closed today. If it is closed, then how can he get the car??? This is plain and simple extortion. He knew you have no other way out but to pay him. I didn’t have any option. It was windy and cold at 32F so without any option, I paid and left. $275 dollar Fish Fillet. This is so unethical and just plain old extortion and he knew it. Just watch out or get skin here.
