Are you coming here for an examination of an accident? Be prepared these Dr.s commit fraud write false statments and exaggerate your condition raising red flags with insurance companies. Put check marks where you left it empty. The medical Dr. dejesus hears voices that are blatantly not your and writes phoney statments. The chiropractor also ( the orthopedist was honest in his statement.) Bring a video camera and start recording upon entering the examination room, cause she will certify her lies in writing.
