After seeing these guys at countless pop up food festivals (Madison Square Eats, Broadway Bites, etc.), how fortunate we were to have them open up their only permanent storefront literally right across the street from us!
As much as you may want to customize, your best bet is to stick with their pre-arranged signature options. My favorites are the Banh Mi (braised pulled pork or chicken w / spicy aioli, vinegar slaw, fried shallots & cilantro) sandwich, and the buffalo mac & cheese side! If you're indecisive, you're better off getting two half sandwiches over a full one. You'll pay an extra buck or two overall...not only can you pick out two varieties, but you'll actually end up with something more substantial in size/filling than a full sandwich.

Note: Review for Seamless delivery only.
Working out of the NY branch office for a few days, and getting free Seamless lunches, I went with what looked like one of the better options available, ordering myself a:
* Half Short Rib and Brisket w/ Blueberry Sriracha - This was the more lackluster of the two options: okay, but a bit lacking in flavor complexity/depth.
* Half Lamb Shoulder w/ Dragon Sauce - This one didn't blow my mind either, but was the more enjoyable one of the two, with a nice little kick to it as well.
While the flavors of both were definitely a bit lacking, the larger detracting issue with their sandwiches was that I wasn't a huge fan of the texture of the bread/dinner rolls that the sandwiches came on.
As a (free) Seamless option, Mayhem & Stout isn't bad. As a paying in-store customer though, I would probably only give them 2 stars, and find myself eating at tastier lunch alternatives.

Place is the WORSE, never been to a place where they have no $1 or $5 but promise a store credit for my next purchase. When I came back they did not want to credit me back the money they owe me. I TOLD PLENTY OF PEOPLE about this place and you lost a lot of customers, GOOD LUCK!

Pretty good sandwiches. Very quick service, no out door seating. Kind of over priced.
