Really love their tenders (boneless wings). They are actually a lot for your money. The tenders are huge and have a lot of flavor no matter what sauce you choose. I go here at least once a month and sometimes more and have never been disappointed. They also give a lot of fries when you get a meal. #1 value meal is best!

I strongly recommend the Terminator BBQ wings -- spicy and sweet.

I've been ordering from Best Wingers for several years. It's honestly bugging me to think about how long, so I will stop at that.

Funniest thing, to me, about Best Wingers is I've never really enjoyed their wings. I thought it was me at first, but when I get them, they're perfectly sauced but dry as anything. I gave up on them for the most part. Any time I've decided to try them since it's been the same story.

With that out of the way, I can tell you why i love Best Wingers. Everything else I've had from there is great.

The chicken tenders are huge, always perfectly cooked, juicy, and delicious. If you get them buffalo style, the sauces are all great.

A (not so) quick note about the sauce, when I began ordering from Best Wingers, the 911 sauce (their hottest) was incredibly hot. Hot enough to force me to drink huge amounts of water to quell the heat as I ate. This is no longer the case. I still love the taste, but the heat just isn't there anymore. Either I adapted and don't feel their particular fire or they adjusted heat levels to suit the taste buds of folks who think they like heat but wind up complaining that their chicken was too spicy.

Sides I can recommend are the potato wedges (no better or worse than KFC but add cheese and/or buffalo sauce and they're quite nice), the Onion Rings (Super Crispy, Awesome), the Mozzarella Sticks (crunchy coating gooey cheese, they're great), the biscuits (I think they fry them), and the pasta salad (small portion for the price and not the greatest but I like it).

Unless you're sharing, medium wedges or rings is all you'll need. As for the sticks, get double what you think you'll eat. Better to have extra than be sad when they're done.

In conclusion, you should definitely order from Best Wingers, but skip the wings.

For a hole-in-the-wall this place has some great chicken! I normally like my chicken spicy but you have to love their honey california fried chicken.

Pretty good food. The prices are a couple bucks more than you'd expect for a wing joint, but is in Manhattan. The portions are pretty large as well, so the price isn't so bad.

The boneless wings are more like chicken tenders than nuggets, they're big strips of white meat, so take that into consideration when ordering more than 3. It also justifies the price premium over the regular wings.

The decor is nothing special (kinda like the front of a Chinese food restaurant), but you'll never feel uncomfortable. I'd give it one and a half thumbs out of two.
