Treats patients very nasty on the phone when they need assistant.Yelled said he didn't care about the matter , Yelled "Excuse Me" YOU NEED TO CALL ME BACK WHEN I AM LESS BUSY" IN 10 MINS AND HUNG UP THE PHONE!
