Mavis Discount Tire

That place is to expensive, and I made an appointment for 10:00 am and they have me at 12:30 Pm, I borough a set of 4 bridgestone tires traction AA, and they put Only A traction, to bad, you can't deal with people who lying to you. . Don't go there, ,

this morning I went to change the engine oil on my sienna and ask for a tire rotation (I bought the tires from this Mavis location so rotation is always free). First the supervisor one Mr Raj told me that the tire bought is for a different vehicle. I told him that i don't have access to their computer, so I don't know what he is talking about. Secondly I came home to find that the oil is leaking onto my driveway (this never happened before). When contacted this Mr Raj said bring back the vehicle so they will look at it. So who is going to pay for my time and gas, Mr Raj said he don't. I have never had an issue with this location before. The other supervisor Mr Ed was not on duty he is awesome but this Mr Raj does not care about customer!!!!!

I cannot say enough good things about these guys. Fast service, very fair prices, everyone behind the desk and working in the shop is smart and friendly. Couldn't be better.

Bought 4 New tires, manager told me anything happens to the tires, your covered for a certain amount of miles. Noticed a bubble in the tire the next month, return to the store to be told there is no warranty. GO TO COSTCO! I'LL NEVER GO BACK HERE. I'VE been trying to get a hold of customer service four days no reply left messages upon messages, learn from my mistake. Costco provides 5 year road hazard warranty also!

I've been to many shops in the past few years and usually end up getting some angry guy to work on my car, which as you know isn't the best feeling. At this valley stream location I was served with respect from the moment I came in, and the service was amazing. I had a slashed tire and the worker that dealt with me understood the situation and had a quick convo about it which made me relaxed, all he did was jack up my car remove one tire and mount and balance the other one, the entire service was probably 8 mins.. These guys move quick, you'd think it was an express service shop. I ended up getting warranty on the tire for my X5 . I'm definitely coming back in the future if I have problems with my other cars. Thanks guys
