I came in to this particular Mavis because it was the closest one to me (on my way home) and because I've been to a Mavis (East Meadows) before. I stopped in because I knew I had a slow leak on my '14 Grand Cherokee Limited. The manager, Chris was very pleasant and said "We'll fix your problem right a way". I watched them lift my truck up, removed my right rear tire, dismount itb look at it and then the guy started to mount the tire and add air when the manager (Chris) yelled over, it has a flat. The guy then had to dismount the tire again and after 2 guys inspected the tire, they tell me it was a piece of glass we'll patch it right up. It took the highly skilled tire guy about 15 minutes to patch it up. (It would take you or me about 5min.) So then the Master Tire Repair guy decides to change my valve (nothing wrong with the old new one), mount the tire, add air and then came time to balance it but wait a minute he has a phone call on his cell, now mind you, I've been here now for 35 minutes. So, he was done with his call, balanced the tire and put it on the truck. Now here comes the best part, paying the bill. The manager says, Sir, your total is $31.55, $24.99 + 3.99 (for replacing a new valve)+ tax, plus it said on my invoice that I decline a brake inspection (you jackass, I was never asked). The bottom line is that $31.55 is a bit high for a patch job and a wait time of 50 minutes. I called the dealership, who usually charges an arm and a leg and they gave me a quote of $25 and those small tire repair shops charge 15-20 for the same job. Oh did I mentioned, being unprofessional, answering your personal calls when a customer has been waiting for so long. Not cool.

These guys recently opened. I dropped my MB S550 for wheel balancing they charged $50.00. They called after two hours that car is ready for pick up. Next day after car wash I realized that the balance weights looks old to me. I went back to them they was so rude and told me we did it. May be you changed your wheels and then finally after long arguments they refunded my money back. Its not about refunding money I gotta fix it anyway. It's Be careful don't drop your vehicle. They lost my TRUST!

Came in to get a tire mounted on a rim and ended up waiting 2.5 hours for these incompetent fools to get the job done. I'd understand if they were busy but there were maybe only 2 people waiting before me. The employee at the desk is also rather slow and unfriendly. I've been to other mavis locations and they were much better, the staff here is the main problem.

Friendly, respectful, and clean environment. They took care of what I came in for and did not try to sell me on anything else like some places have tried. Would definitely use this place again.
