Nearby and offers discounts. Take their expected wait time with a grain of salt. Was told 1 hour and have been here going on 2 hours. Also watch for the unnecessary suggested repairs. Was told we need rotors, and next mechanic showed me rotors with no wear and said we don't need them. Each mechanic operates independently suggesting repairs you may or may not need.

I love this place. Honest, reliable, fair prices. Great on the spot service. I wish they were able to be my full service shop for all repairs, unfortunately they don't work on every aspect of the car. but what they do cover, they do excellently.

I had an issue with defective tires from Michelin and returned to Mavis where I purchased them to submit a claim under the warranty. The manager, Anthony, was pleasant but inefficient and repeatedly forgot to complete the paperwork. I called and spoke to him in follow up several times and he was apologetic and promised he would take care of it as soon as he hung up the phone which never happened. I had to go back in person and insist he do it while I was there to get it done. After that, when the replacement tires arrived it turned out he ordered the wrong size. The tech who put them on didn't notice and I only discovered the problem after I left and the awd warning light came on after I had driven a few miles. By the time a second set of tires arrived and they were replaced I had made 5 trips to Mavis plus multiple phone calls over a two week period.

If you like being told that your car will be ready in thirty minutes, and then being told "it will be ready soon" after thirty minutes have passed, come here. If not, go elsewhere. I waited (and wasted) over 2 hours, and they never could get around to the issue with my steering fluid.
