I lived in a building managed by Mautner Glick for 2 years - they are very responsive and communicative about any questions or problems, and our super was always extremely helpful and kept the building clean. You can also pay your rent online and the company always responds to emails quickly! It can be difficult to find a reputable and honest management company in New York and I have worked with several- Mautner Glick is the best!

I would take negative reviews with a grain of salt. This has been one of the most accommodating and kind management companies I have ever experienced. I have lived in their upper east side location on 65th for the past two years and it has exceeded my expectations. Eva Mateova was super helpful with the entire process and very responsive via email/phone. You definitely get high quality for the competitive prices they offer so definitely consider Mautner Glick!

Best experience I have had with a management company so far. The Welcome Meeting was informative and professional with Marianne. She worked quickly to get me in to the apartment with keys to move in.. Highly recommended.
