Matese has great pizza, garlic knots and I love their entrees as well. My favorite is the chicken caprioscca.

This a pizzeria with great food. Some times it can be a hit or a miss. Depending on the cook? Mmost noted for their pizzas!
Grandma's pie is very tasty. The toppings are fresh and plenty. If you like mushrooms, Portabello - huge and lots. Looking forward to trying their other signature pies.

The calamari is one of the signature appetizers. BUT their entrees are good too. One has to try them out to see what is good. Too many to list

I love pizza and have eaten at most of the pizza places in bayside and flushing and this place has the best pizza in town, deserves 5 stars all the way!!!!!!!

Have only been there a few times...never disappointed. Going back to try something else that is on the menu. Honey I ate chicken. The chicken rolletini was moist and tender. Very good.
