Don't listen to Zillow on this one.
Let me start with a positive the super Levan is a godsend but he can only work from 8a-4p.
This place has put me through hell from when I moved in Nov. 2013) until now.
I moved 3 months ago & they WILL NOT GIVE me my $1625 SECURITY DEPOSIT!
They never answer their phones, they don't publicize a real address/phone #. I even have my former broker assisting me, and she reports in dismay that the listing agent is no longer affiliated with NEW AIM REALTY but can't state why.
I moved in after the hurricane, it took me so long to find a place I previously(and my 2 dogs) lived across the street from the beach in Keansburg. Then, I was for the most part staying in my friends car borrowing my friends phone (seeing as to how Mine were lost & fema gave renters approx. 2G's for damage) to get to work. they didn't care they told me I had to pay what was on my credit (Comcast cable & Gym membership from like 5 yrs ago in another state) since I had too many school loan deferments on there. So I used all that I was given/saved just to get in.
I once called them to tell them big dogs& nasty little dogs run loose off their leashes and attack my boys while/when I walked them (leashed) frequently. They did not care to call back. I once called them to tell them when I pick up my dogs poop I have to pick up other dogs in their spot so I wouldn't get blamed. They did not care. I used to call to report the heat hardly working, the hot water turns cold on/off, the faucets pressure horrible etc.
They did not care. I called them in December to tell them I would be moving in January (30 days notice plus they hadn't sent me a lease renewal anyway) because they sent me a pending-eviction notice (14 yrs on my own and never had I) ---- I had an agreement with NIKKI/TERESA due to a pay cut (I'm a social worker) I would be paying my rent mid-month. Which should've been ok seeing as to I heard plenty others would be hundreds short on theirs (they had rain flood damage untreated in their apts so I guess it was a mutual understanding). Here, I was asking for a wk & a half. They didn't care they forgot the agreement and sent me that notice prompting me to get out.
They never return calls the only time they did was in late Feb. 2014 asking for my rent. I stated I had moved the previous month & left PLENTY OF MESSAGES/CORRESPONDENCE, sent faxes/letters as no one called for my new address to forward my deposit. I stated that the super had told them I left the place impeccable it would be quickly re-rented (I can see from the outside it has been plus I would bombard the guy with questions he isn't allowed to answer). They pretended to take down the info reported it would be sent that day quickly got me off the phone before repeating the address to me.
SO I'LL TELL YOU WHAT THE ARRIVING NEW NEIGHBORS TOLD ME...(WHAT I WOULD LOVE TO MASSIVELY PRODUCE SIGNS OFF TO PUT ON THEIR LAWNS)....
THEY SURE WISH THEY MADE A BETTER DECISION, THESE PPL ARE DISORGANIZED & DON'T CARE TO CALL YOU BACK.
I am saving up to pay a lawyer to get the $ I desperately need back.

SUMMARY OF Qualifications
PARKING
Availability - decent spots, poor to no lighting. Can't park on the street when construction takes place;
NOISE
Adequate can hear your neighbors fart through bathroom walls. Most turn music off by 10p.
GROUNDS
Overall appearance was being newly landscaped.
SAFETY
When I told them about the ice in the cracks they up keeping it. When it snows you'll be digging yourself out if you need to leave early.
Lighting on top of dual doors-decent.
CONSTRUCTION
Nothing special, not shoddy either.
MAINTENANCE
Levan had good workmanship
STAFF
NO Professionalism nor knowledge. Not helpful. Generally a pain to deal with. Slow and shiftless. Couldn't Provide a basic level of service. Careless about helping residents and solving problems. Not committed to delivering great service to residents.
OVERALL
Below average.
