Master Cutlery had outstanding customer service when calling over the phone. The Sales Reps were able to provide assistance and knowledge of products whenever needed, as well as promptly informing me of when certain items were on sale and potentially out of stock. Their wide variety of products easily trumps all other competitors in the current market, which is probably why they’re still doing such great business. I am certain that I will be calling again and trying to place orders more frequently, as the company always seem to have new products on a weekly/monthly basis!!

LISTEN TO ME MY FRIENDS ! I think MASTER CUTLERY is just a firm which loves money too much, so they are inconsiderate ! I'm sure that we must boycott this brand because it is United Cutlery which will come soon and see a competitor for the RAMBO's knives ! GIL HIBBEN IS THE BEST ! He made the VERITABLE version of the RAMBO III knife and UNITED too (for people who can't offer the real and it's good !). So ! DON'T BUY THIS HORRIBLE KNIFE AND IF YOU CAN'T PAY A HANDMADE RAMBO III, YOU CAN FIND A UNITED CUTLERY VERSION !
