This is a very unprofessional establishment. They make you sign a one year contract and after that you realize that they offer nothing close to the soothing massages you had in other places. Most of the people that work here do not know how to give a massage. The facilities are cold and more importantly the hands of the crew that do the massage are freezing. Both me and my wife had the same complaint with cold hands. Not only this but it is also very unpleasant to have the air duct blowing air on your body which is already moist due to the body lotion. I was shivering for the whole massage session. One more complaint; the massage session begins 10 minutes after the scheduled time and it ends 5 minutes early so it is not a 1 hour session but it is a 45 minute session which they advertise as a 1 hour massage. Overall this is a low quality establishment.
