The driver did not speak English and the dispatcher stated the trip would be $12 and the driver charges $24. When I called the dispatcher to find out what the double charge was for he said he believes his driver and hung up the phone. Such rude service!!!! Ridiculous nasty smell in the car. Never using this place again!!!!
