- Terrible #152987

Bad customer experience. I went into the store wanting to buy a charm for a Pandoras bracelet, girl did not help me find what I was looking for she just showed me the book and said this is all we have. Compare to my previous experience with Pandora this store lacks good customer service. Go to the Pandora in 42nd st you will have a great experience.
