The level of care you receive is excellent (Far as Dr Lew and Pediatric Doctors) and should be the most important thing but the office staff is rude and condescending. If you are military and active duty at that, please ensure you have all records and documentation needed. They will give you the run around, talk down to you and act very nonschalant about your situation for care regarding your family members. Doctors are great but the customer service and staff is what makes this a one star.

When my daug5was born in 2012, my wonderful OB/GYN had made arrangements unknowingly to me for Dr. Lew to see us the day she was born at Methodist Hospital. I have been with them ever since. They are the absolute best. Dr. F, Dr. Rakhman, Dr. Lew are very personable, genuinely loving with my children and always remembers details about them
They are the best team ever. Thank you for caring about my little one.
