I'm from Philly and recently moved up here. I've been to several pizza spots and they've all sucked! This place is wonderful! Although the neighborhood is littered with crackheads, alcoholics, racists and shell casings, somehow the worker's seem to maintain their professionalism and remain polite. Because of this, my family and I constantly order our food here. We're moving soon (thank God) buy we will miss this place.

i manage a location in the mall only a few minutes away from the restaurant. every time myself an the staff order food the order takes at least an hour. because choices are limited we tried Mario's again. One hour and a half for 3 chicken parm subs that never came. when i called to ask about our order we were told that they never put the order into the kitchen!! when i asked for a supervisor i was told that there was nobody to help me but she would take $10 off the order and that i had to wait another 20 minutes. imagine how well this business is run behind the kitchen door? no thanks. never order again and i do not advise that you do either.
