Had a perfect experience while working with this company. Shipped containers to Eastern Europe various times and definitely can recommend it to others.

I had used this MTL for shipping my SUV truck to Dubai and when the car arrive the Dubai port there was huge damage on the side after clearing the custom port, I had sign a pass to inspect the car in their parking with escort officer there watching while checking out the truck.
I took some pictures and email to the MTL with phone calls, but the manager told me that they won't pay or open a claim for the damage, because he doesn't know who open or unload the container from the ship. So, he hang up on me and was so rude, disrespectful and I had to call a bodyshop guy at the port and he estimated about $5,400 for fixing all the back quarter panel, bumper. Also,I do have the pictures and video when the car was leaving my home to the transport truck, plus the copy of the receiving paper they signed after the truck deliver the car to their warehouse in NJ. Anyway, I will never deal with guys or advising to anyone to make such a mistake for dealing with this horrible company. I will take this case the court and will be let you know for the end of this.

SCAM ARTISTS. This Company is the WORST. I am an experienced shipper. I ship at least 20 machines a year to all over the world. There must have been a change in management post 2010 because of the three shipments I used them for in 2011/2012, they did the same exact protocol for both. I supplied exact measurments including weight and they quoted me a price. The machine was delivered to the port, loaded into the container and shipped to the destination. Upon arrival to the final destination the company contacted me (over 30 days after original receipt of the machine) with a higher price than quoted (even though I had the original price in writing) they would not release the machine at the destination port until the new charges were paid. Complete scam.
