tourist trap. screams tourist trap. WTF is going on here? The bleecker street Marc Jacobs created is the "emperor with no clothes". It's a phony idea of new york city. It looks like Dallas at the Mall. Really? and I love the Bookstore where there is no actual literature... it's damn COFFEE TABLE BOOKS for people who can't read or don't care to read a real literary classic... please.... close

Employees are pretty rude. They hardly speak to you and if you have a question, they're just very short with you. It's sooo packed and stuff is so unorganized and all over the place. A manager claims that the store is really clean and that there's no chance of bed bugs but I bought a pair of rain boots for a good price (final sale) and when I wore them 2 days later... I had like 20something highly noticeable small red dots all over my leg (the part that the boots cover and some a little above) that appeared to be bites from some bugs or something.... both legs! I called to notify them of this and they just told me it was impossible and wouldn't do anything about it. May not be bed bugs but still... Disgusting! Ugh!!!

Went on a Saturday.. it's packed in there. It's the "largest" Marc By Marc Jacobs store amongst the other M by MJ stores in the city..

-Women's collection & accessories store location.
-Employees will constantly watch customers.. because i think there's lots of shoplifting incidents here..
-After reading previous reviews... i do agree that the employees here are rude and stuck up.
-The place is fully stocked for a Saturday..
-There's even a large private bathroom.
