I've been living in many different places in North America. This one is the worst of worst. Bunch of scam bags in manage office. They change the rules as they want and never follow the contrast. Don't consider to stay here for one second. Let them die.

If I can give them service less than 1 star, I would like to give -10000 as the worst terrible horrible scare experi nice to stay here.
1. It is really Not Safe to stay here. Everyday many many people come and go since they rent some apt as hotel. I don't mean hotel is bad, but some people are still resident here as home. You know, various people have the keys to get in the building, they speak loudly, drunk in the elevator, have a party with music and jump as your neighbor. And then the doorman lost your things, no matter brought on Amazon packages or your personal information mails. Some people nock your door at midnight and when you have no idea to get up, nobody there.

2. Never try to ask them for any service or help. For example, this winter my room didn't have electric suddenly as one night. I went to doorman, he said it is not my resposebility; I submit I requirement online, no people come the second day; I went to the downstairs office the third day, they said you should wait.... Finally I ask my friend come to open the electric brake on the fourth day, and then the fifth day the worker come and say it is good, you should cancel the requirement and don't waste our service time. It is cold winter as big snow outside in Febrary, I don't have electric to open air condition and finally that is all my fault,, funny ?!

3. They always threat people when you want to talk with them. I want to talk with them a problem before, and they said you are sign the lease, you should follow our rules... But you know they always can explain or change their rules as their ways. They are the rules as Devil. And they would like to say if you have any questions, you can talk with manger, if you have any question, you can come tomorrow, if you have any questions, you can call lawyer. We are busy don't want to cost many time to talk with you again and again, it didn't mean we don't mean we are afraid with you .The whole office, whole team, whole ROSELAND property company is rudely without reasons.

4. They have good memory to bear grudge you if you have any problems to ask them. Then they remember it and want to look for trouble. That is also why I said it is not safe here.they really hurt the customers' psychical and mental injury. And they don't care since you sign the lease to give them chance to hurt you.

Anyway, NEVER never never never never conside to stay here, no matter how much money. We pay money to buy the service and safe apartment, not buy a creditor and horrible mixed living place. And actually it is not cheap. They always could find a way to ask money from you.

Save money,Save your life to stay Away from them!!!

Bait & Switch on pricing - actual prices are $600-$800 higher than advertised on website and public listings. Leasing office was quite rude when website pricing was referenced.

Very, very bad management, I live here for two years, because I have many things，so I as far as possible don't move, but this apartment is too too too bad, I decided to move，must be move.
In Summer they change many rooms to hotel,and rented it. very disorderly, and often lost package, without any improvement and apologize.
They have serious racial discrimination, and they say dirty words, I feel very sad and angry, we pay the rent every month and service fee why get so humiliated?
Don't move to this bad apartment.

Agree with what other people said about the management. They are trying to take every single penny out of residents' pocket.

There is a particular thing I would like to mention. If you forgot to take your key when the leasing office is closed, they will charge you $150 to open your apartment. The first time, I got back to apartment around 5:05pm. The leaseing office is full of people and they refused to open my door by saying I am 5mins late and have to pay 150. The second time is about two weeks ago around 12:00 am. I went to throw trash, forgot to bring my key and locked out. However, the nightshift staff was asleep. It took the concierge about 30mins to contact and I waited for another 30mins for the staff to come. This kind of crap service is worth of 150, can anyone believe?
