The apartments are fantastic. However the construction is not great and you can hear and feel your upstairs neighbors footsteps. When we write feel we mean that you can hear the rattling in your unit a la glass of water in jurassic park. Given the price paid per month, >$2100 for a 2br/2ba it is really far from what one would expect.
Do not be fooled by the looks and finishes. The construction is not what you would want.
