Manheim NY Metro Skyline

manheim is a great place to buy a car for top dollar and then find out its total basket case that some gypsy couldn't sell so they run it through there.. so right before it goes through they are sure to reset the check engine light and pass it off as a good car and then all they tell you is that you bought it and that its now your problem, you should all do yourselves a favor and just go to a dealer, it actually ends up being way less than getting any of the turds at syline. they are also so desperate and ruthless that the sales people still have the nerve to call me after all of that and ask me why I havnt been back. I guess they are running out of people to rip off.

I purchased a vehicle from the Skyline auction and there was an issue with the vehicle that fell outside the Manheim refund policy. The issue was resolved to my satisfaction and I was treated with excellent customer care by the management team. Thank you!

Worst auction in the states been to over 300 this one worst google it someone burned three cars there almost all 2500 cars blew up they broke in to 5 cars of mine there and the crashed one of my cars I'm done

Not a bad place, great selections and the best part is, you can pay to make sure that the car is in good working condition before the transaction is completed......

Worst auto auction ever!!!!!!!! Please walk away from the auction site, bought a Benz from them, said to be runs great and nothing wrong with it. End up rear differential noise and they did not even return my calls!!!!!!!!!!!
, lesson learned. Manheim should tear that place down. It will running out of business soon.
