The doorman steals. Super does not fix things in your apartment... have to take management to court to get things fixed... had to call the building owner to get things done... too many people are in front of the building…. Mice issues... no heat…. Accounting in management is bad... management never answers your calls or answers any of your questions… Buyer beware
