- Poor #122166

Cute but incompetent: avoid. Packed a box and overstuffed it so it couldn’t close and didn’t stack squarely. Tried to charge twice as much as the post office for shipping because they couldn’t figure out pricing.
Tottering piles of overstuffed, dented boxes don’t inspire confidence.

AMAZING. I have only been in the store Twice and the OWNER, knew my name. OK sure we talked a bit, but still. She and her staff was nice and did a great job with my package. They packed the #$%^ out of it and it arrived PERFECTLY. Look, I know that some folks are all about cheap...OK FINE. But these guys are all about quality. You may do what you want, but I with go back to Kathleen and her staff because they actualy CARE.
