I recently purchased and paid for 5 items of which only 2 were delivered. I have tried to contact you numerous times via email, phone calls and messages. I have had no response. I was charged for 5 items and have been unable to get a refund for the 3 items not received. Very bad customer service and actually theft. Not acceptable!
