I have been a member since since the beginning of this year. I switched recently from another gym in the area as my office moved locations and this was more convenient for me.
Overall, I can say that I am quite pleased with the gym. For starters, the staff is very friendly and personable, which is hard to find in a NY gym. The facilities are well-maintained and cleaned regularly. Although I initially thought there may be a lack of some equipment that I would like to have, I was pleasantly surprised as I got to know their equipment. It is compact, but versatile.
