I've been to this facility twice in the past five years and both experiences were positive. The office staff is well-organized, the phone system IVR is sensible. The spacious waiting room, featuring a large fishbowl and lots of empty space, is a welcome relief from the crowded settings commonplace in Nassau County. Based on my two experiences, a good place to get bad news, if such a place exists. I'd rate it higher if I'd been there more often.

I have had a couple of MRIs done here on two different occasions, last year and this year. I have found the staff to be very helpful and descriptive of all the procedures which were about to occur. They make it a lot easier than it could be if they didn't take the time and effort to put you at ease. The facility is clean and well-maintained. I'll keep using them without any hesitation.
