Mangia Trattoria

I was feeling under the weather, this family and homestyle cooking made me feel better, the chicken soup was delicious and was exactly what I needed, I even got some to go. I will definitely be back.

I go to Mangia's to meet my girlfirends every month. Every thing they make is awesome and great for the price. BYOB love it

I loved this place. I read done other reviews and didn't understand alot of the complaints. For one the food was fresh and hot. The appetizers were unique and obviously home made. Anyone complaining about the wait time should go to McDonalds for fast food. Ever try to rush an Italian in the kitchen? Didn't think so. I couldn't even finish the food because there was so much. My girlfriend could not get enough of the pizza. I drive an hour to get here to try it out and i would do it again. Most authentic Italian American restaurant I've been to in a long time. When some one wants to complain i would say pause and think about where you are...this isn't sbarro's, it's real food worth waiting for.

i used to enjoy going to Mangia Trattoria, but no longer. In fact I would call myself a regular. My wife and I have gone there three times in the last four weeks. Tonight, we went to the restaurant at 7pm; we left at 9pm and never were served our dinner. The owner told us that she did not anticipate doing so much business on a Wednesday night and they were also inundated with takeout orders. How do you not anticipate doing good business on the evening of July 3rd just before a long holiday weekend. Everyone was complaining in the restaurant; it became something of a joke. We finally left when other people who came in after us were being served and offering us some of their food. The waiter was apologetic; the owner could care less. We were not rude, we did not raise our voices or get sarcastic. We did not get an apology from the owner who was on the restaurant floor the entire night. We ended up leaving and walking to Turvinos and no doubt ate long before we would have had we stayed at Mangia. Historically i have liked their food, but i can never go back there again and will advise my friends to stay away.

Pizza is GREAT- service has NEVER been good.
