This was one unpleasant visit, I went there to have pictures of my car taken for Geico Insurance. The person who took care of me was rude, inpatient and annoyed by my presence. Anything I did or said was aggravating him. All I wanted was to leave and never come back. I guess that was the point. Geico should remove them from their service. NOT RECOMMENDED.

We've been having our cars serviced there for years - even going out of our way to do so. They are a delight to deal with - always accommodating, honest, and reasonably priced. They do good work and care about their customers. I would recommend them without hesitation.

The Nastiest Dispositions Ever!!! When I first got my car I was told that I needed some type of photo inspection for the insurance company. I chose this place because they were in my neighborhood. When I got there I explained what I needed and was told that it couln't be done that day. This was fine, but when I turned to explain what was happening to my mother who was in the next seat, the worker told me that I rolled my eyes at him and that I was rude and not to bring my car back...huh? I hadn't even said anything and had all intentions of bringing my car back to them, but after this episode, I decided I had enough. Do it @ only if you don't mind being mistreated.

The most rude, unprofessional customer service I have ever experienced. When a customer receives this type of customer service from the owner, it's not conceivable how any real or remote problem will be resolved by this repair shop.
My wife and I have two vehicles. I took one of the vehicles to be photoed by this auto repair shop so that it could be forwarded to my insurance company. Simply needed to modify my name to her name while he was writing the information on the form so that the infomation matched what is recorded at the DMV. "I am not changing anything for $2.00", he replied. I said sir, what is the problem and how long would it take, just to change the first name"? He replied, "I don't care, not for $2.00". He then ripped the form. I was totally shocked and found myself trying to calm him down. I was not rude or disrepectful to the owner while communicating with him and was totally perplexed why he was so crazed. UNBELIEVABLE!
