Great experience. staff were superb and the vehicle was above standard.
I prefer this location over the Bronx Eastchester one. I will use Mt Vernon from now on.

I love renting cars from this location. I rent a car about once a month for personal use and the girls at the desk are always so jubilant and helpful; never a dull day. The new manager is a very respectful guy and always greet me upon entrance and asks how my day is going. They usually have an array of cars you can choose from - considering the time of day and day of the week. Overall, I would definitely recommend this location to anyone, especially because the prices are fairly cheaper than other locations in the Bronx, but more so because of the great staff members from the blissful young ladies at the front desk to the hardworking men that clean the cars and assist you in your selection to the professionalism that the manager displays on every visit in ensuring superb customer satisfaction.

The car I received was dirty. It had a strong order. I had to take the car to the car wash. After returning the car . My husband advised one of the service agent of the issue we had with the car. He was apologetic and advise he will email some coupons. Never happened The only thing I received was copy of my rental statement. Unhappy customer .
