I ordered the ox tails, they were so salty I couldn't finish it and my gf had the chicken breast with the mango sauce that was dry. We took a ropa vieja to go, got home and it was saltier than my ox tails. Other than that the food is very over priced. I don't recommend this restaurant unless u want high blood pressure and waste your money.NEVER AGAIN!!!

Went because the name was unusual- food was good. I wish they had a liquor license though.. sangria that has no liquor is kind of weird.
The food was good.. the croquetas were excellent.. done with panko instead of the usual bread crumbs, the yuca fries were great and the empanadas were good but not great. The arroz con pollo was excellent and so was my churrasco. I was a little disappointed in the dessert.. coconut flan was basically a regular flan with some coconut on top.. really?
Service was slow and it took a while for the guy to come back to us. The fact that no bread was served, nothing at first. Usually at Cubans they either do bread or plantain chips.. that would have been a nice plus.

I went here with a group of my friends for a birthday celebration. My initial thoughts were positive. The decor was very nice, the music playing was great, and our waiter was very nice and professional. The appetizers here were amazing. We ordered shrimp, shredded beef, and also what looked like a little crab cake, all of which were very good. The main entree however, is where I found this place lacking. The churrasco was too small for the price they were charging and was also not cooked to my liking. The steak was hard to chew and hard to cut. It also didn't help that the size of the plate was very large and seemed to further shrink the portion. If you were looking for good churrasco I would steer you to Cuban Pete's in Montclair. Furthermore, when we paid our bill, the owner came back and arrogantly claimed that we were shortchanging him 10 dollars out of our 400 dollar bill which I found insulting. Overall the experience was mediocre. The experience started off very well and slowly began deteriorating with the owner's attitude finally leaving a sour taste in my mouth. Will not be returning...
