My Yorkshire cannot go anywhere else. At first he was terrified of other groomers but not this one. She and him were like butter and toast, they got along perfectly and he got the handling that he needed. I don't trust my dog with anyone else, this is my go to place for all his needs that are available here.

I have been taking my cat to this place over years and years.
Everytime my cat, JodI, visits here, he becomes super cute.

It is normally hard to groom cats since they hates water... but the owner grooms jodi without him getting stressed out.
the owner is very understading and friendly...
I once had a problem and posted a negative review once when her cat attacked Jodi... but the problem solved after I spoke to her about the incident and with her kind additional services such as free bathing and grooming.
so it is not a problem anymore and even more, but we became more close and the owner takes even more care to my JodI.

I bought my Dog to this place a few times. Each time they groom my dog, they groom the Dog how they wanted it, not how I wanted it done. The last visit, They shaved my dog ears without out my permission. Then they had the nerve to be so very very RUDE. They are very lazy, they take the easy route. Instead of trimming the dog they shave the dog. I try to tell them, the hair is part of the dog personality, They don't care. Also they have dogs walking around, and the dogs pee on the floor,
and they don't seem to care. I would not take my pet to them every again. I recommend no one to take their pet there.
