I have been dealing with Maltese pools for over 30 yrs. They have built 2 liner pools for me in different houses and just recently reconditioned my concrete pool in my third house. I have purchased 4 hot tubs from them. During that long tenure I have never had a dispute with them over anything. The owner Bob Maltese is an old school, hands on owner who knows his customers and does whatever it takes to resolve problems which we all encounter from time to time. It's great to say even after all these years the owner who was in the mud in boots in the deep end of my first pool was personally in my yard last week resolving an intricate problem with my hot tub. They are the best!

Great company to deal with. Not pushy and really know their stuff. I like that they go over everything after they install it. So many companies don't!

Don't even think about buying any equipment from Maltese Pool. You will find it cheaper in the internet.
They will not take any equipment back, once you paid for it it is your. NO REFUNDS - I bought a water pump for my pool $363.79 - When I got home, I notice that my old pump works better the new pump. Went back to Maltese Pool, they refuse to take it back the brand new pump or give me credit. They said, it is posted on the WALLS, my eyes are not on the back of my head. we do NOT accept any RETURN on electric items even thou I just bought it with in 1 hour. When I bought the item, no one told me their policy.
I have filed a complaint with Dept. of Consumer Affair. I do not buy any product from this company.
Next time I will purchase the item in the internet with money back policy.
