I’m not sure what’s going on, but I’m always waiting for about 1 hour after my scheduled appointment. Last time I was here, I had a 1pm appt. Was not seen until 2pm. Then there was additional waiting in the cold changing rooms, where I continue to wait (for about 20 mins) in my skivvies. Over 80 minutes of waiting for an spine x-ray that took literally 5 minutes.
What’s the point of making an appointment?
