I used to purchase Hasami pottery from here. But every time she over charges me. If I am allowed to, I am going to post the receipt where she charged me $20 extra on my bill in a tricky way. Make sure you check your receipt well before you leave. Otherwise, I used to love this store.

I was really excited to come into this store to find a gift for one of my friends who loves everything Japanese. As I walked into the store, I was on the phone with my very sick mom who had just called me moments before. Instead of letting me browse the store owner yelled at me to get off the phone. Totally rude, abrasive and uncalled for.

Rather remarkable boutique with a mix of antiques and exceptionally high quality contemporary Japanese crafts. Great for home furnishings and gifts. Take special note of the lovely, understated 19th Century Japanese teacups which make terrific, useful gifts.
