Major World Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM

My experience at Major World was great. The staff was friendly and professional. A special thank you to Julieta who was wonderful and a delight to do business with; patient, knowledgeable, courteous, and very helpful. Love my Jeep! Awesome!

Good car dealers are experts at selling you the cars they have, which may not necessarily be the car you came for to buy. However, I found the work of Julieta Rodriguez particularly remarkable. She has the insistence and followup of any tough car salesperson, but she mixes that with a soft touch, personal service and friendliness. She may not be able to make the car that they don't have suddenly materialize in the dealership, but she is able to make you feel that the car you end up buying, is exactly the one you wanted.

Went there to get a new Grand Cherokee. Already had put together the build we wanted online. The searched and searched and searched for the vehicle we were looking for, but we stuck with them because the price they gave us was almost too good to be true. Well, turns out the price was too good to be true. Took our business to Bayside Jeep where they found the Cherokee we wanted almost immediately and gave us a good price. Then it took Major almost 1 month to refund our deposit. AND, their service department is GOD AWFUL. It's run by some guy who's idea of customer service is that there is no such thing as customer service. Only cars to be serviced. Not a good experience and would never recommend it to anyone.

From the minute I spoke with them on the phone I should have known better.
The girl that schedules the service appointments has no clue about... anything, much less on
how to give proper customer service. Very disrespectful and rude...
Going out there wasn't necessary a pleasure either, it seems treating customers like
we owe "them" something is how they do business. I've had schizophrenic pit-bulls treat me
with more respect and provide me with better customer service. I would say don't waste your money
here, but I never got to do so... So just waste your time. Unless you appreciate this sort of thing.

I got a new car about 1 week ago and I am so satisfied! I was unsure about how my experience would go but it turned out to be very nice Dolores R. was excellent! She was so helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. I will definitely be back to her in my next purchase
