Maid Sailors Cleaning Service

Maid Sailors did a great job cleaning my apartment. She showed up and helped me with everything that I needed done. I recommend them. Thank you Google for finding me a great cleaning company.

I was so excited based on the reviews of Maid Sailors and completely shocked and disappointed by their "deep clean" service. Surfaces left not dusted, poor vacuuming, stuck-on food in the kitchen - a far cry from what I would call a good "standard clean" let alone a deep clean. I contacted Maid Sailors and they were super responsive and sent someone the next day to redo the cleaning free of charge. This was a bit better but no where near a deep clean. I simply don't think they have a good understanding of what thorough cleaning is and aren't capable of executing it. Both cleaners needed a lot of direction - far more so than I've ever had to give a cleaner before.

Strongly recommend avoiding Mad Sailors. The service is subpar and it's extremely expensive for what it is. Handy for $40 is far superior.

Iris Pedro is possibly the best maid / cleaner I've ever seen. She was extremely diligent and hardworking and stayed because she truly cared about a job complete and well done. She even stayed over a hour late! Truly amazing service and well worth the money.

This was my first time using any type of cleaning service and I was a bit skeptical. However, my experience with Maid Sailors was AMAZING! Everyone I interacted with was incredibly professional and friendly. They were very attentive and got right back to me via email with any questions I had. They also have a great chat feature that helped me get answers quickly. My cleaner, Mariluz was phenomenal. Her attention to detail was terrific and she really went above and beyond. I HIGHLY recommend giving them a try!!
