I have had the opportunity to meet with Paul and Maid in Hoboken to chat client relations. I have found that Paul places a high value on client relations and has an open door communication policy. A client can call with any compliment or any concern. He also places high value on staff retention with many of his staff being with him from the day opened. I highly recommend Maid in Hoboken.

This was by far the best cleaning service I have had come to my apartment. The only downside is the management, i called to make another appointment and spoke with the the extremely unprofessional "owner", Paul. I simply asked Paul if it was going to be 140$ dollars again for the service and with a snide comment corrected my amount and defensively explained to me that it was 131$ and he has over 2300 customers and I am not fit to be one and told me HE WOULDNT LET ME SCHEDULE AN APPOINTMENT! absolutely terrible customer service, it's a shame when professionals in client service can't communicate. Paul was despicable.
