Magnifique Hair Salon

I have hair cut in this Salon for many times. Each time I have new style and new look. I am very thankful to Valeria who is helping me to keep my hair stylish. She is the best! I will definitely recommend her.

Most awkward and uncomfortable hair cut experience I have ever had. The place itself is nice and the hostess and other stylists were friendly but my hair dresser, Gulnara, provided a very bad experience. First of all, I wanted my hair cut to shoulder length, she said that was not a big enough change and without my OK, she chopped my hair WAY shorter than I wanted. On top of that, she kept on trying to convince me to color my hair, which I have never done before and told her I had no interest in doing. Not only did she try to convince me before my haircut, which would have been an upsell of $140, she tried to even after my cut was done. She said over and over how badly she wanted to color my hair and when I said I will at a later time (as a short cut was already enough of a change for me at that moment) she said, "no I want to do it today!" it became evident that she did not have my best interest in mind for how the color would look, but obviously wanted to get more $ out of it. I was there for a $40 haircut, not a $180 coloring. I did not appreciate the pressuring and the awkwardness, especially when my hair was already all cut and styled. I was already upset enough with how ridiculously short my hair now was. This was my first time here and I was very excited to try a new place, and there is no way I will be returning after such a ridiculous experience with such horrible customer service.

This salon is amazing. Inesa cuts my hair and she is wonderful. The people are very
friendly and the place is very clean. All the other stylists look like they do good work.
