After a few good experiences here; don't know what happened. Took 20 mins to get drink, had to ask for bread, wanted yo add appetizer to order but tough to do when waitress doesn't return. After waiting very long time ( people arriving after served first) I decided to just cancel the long awaited hamburgers.
No apology; just a nasty attitude from the fat woman maitre'd. Went to Rory Dolans in Yonkers and ENJOYED dinner and service was phenomenal whereas I couldn't leave 30% tip fast enough. Never again !

THE WORST SERVICE EVER!! WAITERS ARE HORRIBLE... IGNORED YOU COMPLETELY, NEVER CAME OUT TO SAY YOUR FOOD WILL BE OUT SOON...EVERYTHING BROUGHT OUT WAS WRONG!! TOOK 1 1/2 HRS TO BRING OUT OUR MEAL....DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY!! VERY VERY OVERPRICED!! INSTEAD OF AN "A" IN THEIR WINDOW...SHOULD BE AN "F" FOR FAILURE!! MY RATE IS A NEGATIVE 1!

Was anticipating having the Chop Chop salad. Had it several times before not only at Madison's, but also at the Bronx Burger House. When i received, it didnt look like the normal Chop Chop salad. After tasting it, I knew it wasnt the same. I even questioned the waiter, whom abruptly told me it WAS the Chop Chop salad. The sprinkled bacon bits on the top of the salad was a give away! Go back to the old way, please!!

excellent, varied menu with something for everyone. a meat-eater or a vegetarian would be happy here. a good place for conversation - it doesn't get too noisy and they don't play loud, irritating music.
